At the end of your party, you will be saying good-bye to your guests. Based on availability, your guests may be able to stay and play after. There is no guarantee that guests would be able to stay as we must abide by our building capacity as outlined by the fire department.
No problem! Extra children charge varies by package. Please refer to our https://www.epicplanetfun.ca/parties/ for more information. Children under 12 months are not counted as extra child. These additional guests would be paid for at the end of the party. Custom Packages are available! Simply email epicplanetfun@gmail.com with what you would like and we will see what we can do. We strive to accommodate, however, not all requests are possible.

You will need to bring a cake if you like, it is not included in all packages. You may also bring two varieties of anything that is nut-free. No outside pizza is permitted. You are able to order more pizzas through us if you like. A 12 slice XL pizza is $18+tax. EXCEPTION: If you have a guest with a dietary restriction (dairy, gluten, etc.) you are able to bring other pizza for them. Please speak with a staff member when you book
Yes, you will be able to get into your party room a minimum of 15 minutes before your party. There may be an opportunity to have more time to set up if the room is not booked directly before your party. We can check on that closer to your party date. No pinatas or confetti (why? There is not enough room for a piñata and a swinging stick could cause damage, not to mention injury to guests. Confetti is too messy!). Anything you put up has to come down – Tapes are not allowed on the walls

Yes, $200 of that payment is a non-refundable deposit should you have to cancel. You may change the date and time with one week’s notice at no penalty provided the timeslot is available.

The regular admission price for rope course is 12.99$. You can always access the rope course for as low as $7 when you choose the combo packages.
There is no age restriction for accessing the Rope Course. However the minimum height requirement is 4 feet or 48 Inches.
Kids are secured safely using a harness to the rope course structure. This allows the kids to safe and secure.
The maximum weight allowed to go on the rope course is 70 Kilograms.
No. Shoes are not allowed on the Rope Course. However, kids have to use grip socks to access the attraction.
Unfortunately no ! It takes us considerable amount of time to harness each customer and ensure its safe and secure. Once the harness is removed, we wouldn't be able to accommodate.
